Privacy Policy

Welcome to Green Light Dating's Privacy Policy. We get that privacy policies aren't anyone's idea of a good read, so we wrote this one to be clear, skimmable, and genuinely useful. Think of it like your friendly guide to providing you with the information in this Privacy Policy ("Policy") for what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

This Policy applies to our website, and any events or services that link to it (collectively, the "Services") as of October 17, 2025. In some places, the law asks us to provide extra disclosures; you'll find those in the Regional Rights section.

1) Who We Are

This Policy is presented on behalf of A/Cross Grid LLC ( the "Company"), so when mention of the "Company", "we", "us", or "our" in this Policy, it should be inferred that we are responsible for your data.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Our Services are for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe someone under 16 is using the Services, please contact us immediately.

This Policy covers the website, and brand pages we operate on social platforms that link to it. If a particular feature has its own privacy terms, those will govern that feature.

3) The Data We Collect

We collect information in three main ways: you provide it, we collect it automatically, or we get it from others (like platforms you connect).

A) Data you provide

  • Account data: email, phone, date of birth, password.

Some countries treat certain fields as “sensitive” (e.g., sexual orientation, health, race/ethnicity, political or religious views). If you share this, you consent to our use of it as described here.

  • Purchases: subscription tier, transaction details; if you pay us directly, payment card or other payment info.

  • Research & promotions: survey responses, focus group input, contest entries.

  • Customer support: information you send us and anything we need to resolve your request.

B) Data we generate or collect automatically

  • Usage data: features you use, actions taken, time and date stamps, referral pages, ads you interact with, match/communication activity.

  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/GAID), app/browser type and settings, crash logs, cookie IDs, advertising IDs.

C) Data from others

  • Social sign-in / connected apps: with your permission, we may receive your name, profile photo, age range/birthday, workplace/education, interests, friends/followers, photos (including tags), and other info allowed by that platform’s settings.

  • Reports from users: content or conduct reports that involve you.

  • Safety & integrity: where legally allowed, data about suspected or convicted bad actors to help protect our community.

4) How We Use Your Data
